Do I need my own mailboxes?
Yes — bring your own SMTP (Hostinger, Google Workspace, Zoho, Fastmail, AWS SES, etc.). We never share sender reputation across accounts.
What counts as a contact?
A unique email address stored in your lead lists. Bounces and unsubscribes don't count against the limit.
Can I add more mailboxes?
Yes — extra 10 mailboxes are $9/mo on any plan.
Is there a refund policy?
14-day free trial means you never pay for what you didn't use. Monthly plans can cancel anytime; annual plans are pro-rated.
