1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service
WBP Outreach provides tools to manage cold email campaigns, mailbox warmup, SEO audits, and lead management. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) in your jurisdiction and your recipients'.
3. Acceptable use
You will not: send unsolicited bulk email to purchased lists, use the platform for phishing or malware distribution, or interfere with other tenants' service. Violations result in immediate suspension.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually via our merchant of record (Freemius). Refunds are pro-rated for annual plans; monthly plans can cancel any time and are not refunded.
5. Data
You own your data. We process it under our DPA. See Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we export your data within 30 days and then permanently delete it.
7. Liability
Service is provided as-is. Total liability is capped at 12 months of fees paid.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's registered jurisdiction.
