What we collect
Account details (email, name, hashed password), mailbox connection metadata (SMTP host, IMAP host, encrypted app passwords), campaign content, lead lists you upload, and usage telemetry.
How we use it
To deliver the service, send email on your behalf, generate audit reports, and run the AI agent. We do not sell your data or use it to train models outside your account.

- Lovable Cloud (Supabase-managed) — primary database + auth
- Freemius — merchant of record for payments
- Lovable AI Gateway — AI agent + warmup opener generation
- Firecrawl — lead scraping
- Cloudflare — DNS + CDN
Retention
We retain account data for the life of the account. On deletion we purge within 30 days. Backups roll off within 90 days.

Access, portability, erasure, and objection. Email privacy@wpbulkpublishing.com — response within 30 days.
Security
All mailbox credentials are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. TLS everywhere in transit. Row-level security enforced per user.
